Transport

Using only brand new, specialised packaging materials, we can transport your belongings by air or sea. We can ship as a sole-use consignment or as a shared/groupage consignment, whichever works for you.

United Kingdom Customs Service

To bring your belongings into the UK, you’ll need to meet with the British Customs Service, complete a ‘C3’ declaration form and provide a copy of your passport, in order to gain clearance.

We have a great deal of experience relocating clients to Europe. We’re more than happy to communicate directly with the destination office and answer any questions you have, or if you’d prefer, we can put you in touch with the right people, so you can deal with them directly.

Packing your items

We only use durable, brand new packaging materials, built specifically for your heavy and fragile items, to ensure your belongings stay as secure as possible. We’re happy to pack and wrap your personal effects, but if you’d prefer to do this, we can provide you with materials to help.

If you do choose to pack your own possessions, we’ll need to advise you on a number of things, particularly related to your dealings with customs and your insurance. You’ll most likely need to complete additional forms and there’s a higher change your goods will be targeted for further investigation by customs, due to the fact many travellers attempt to conceal things.

Storage in NZ & UK

Shifting across the world is a huge deal – a massive lifestyle change. Many of our clients - at least initially - opt not to take their entire life of belongings and instead utilise our storage facility, short and long-term.
